Moonlight Valley is more than just a band. Moonlight Valley seamlessly blends musical genres together to create a rare experience between percussion and piano. The songs of Moonlight Valley can paint a vibrant colorful musical portrait or take you on a journey through a cascade of musical sensations. In either instance, a sense of tranquility can be felt in each composition though the unique instrumentation. Moonlight Valley is more than just a band, it’s an enthralling experience.

Francisco started his musical journey in 2004 and got the opportunity to fine tuned his skills and technique when he graduated from University Alaska Anchorage in 2018. He has performed with many local Alaskan groups like the Conway Seavey band, Mariachi Agave Azul, Anchorage Cabaret and much more. Striving to perform original music all over Alaska has been his goal and getting to play with Moonlight Valley has opened that door for him.
Derek Delgado has been playing the piano as long as he can remember. He continued his passion for music by receiving a Bachelor’s in Music at the University of Alaska, Anchorage as well as Western Washington University. As a song writer, his first compositions were written when he was in Jr. High School. Currently, Derek Delgado has teamed up with Francisco Badillo to form Moonlight Valley, which consists of all new original songs.
